Starter:

White root vegetable soup served with a salad of smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, and apple, with rye bread croutons & spinach.

Main course:

Oven-baked salmon with gremolata, served with cheddar potatoes and shellfish sauce, as well as sun-dried tomato & charred Savoy cabbage

Pepper-seared veal roast with roasted Amandine potatoes and onions. Served with veal jus, glazed haricots verts, and mushroom butter

Dessert:
Almond and apple cake with cardamom, served with lemon curd & roasted chocolate
