You and your guests will enter our kitchen at 18:00. We welcome you with a glass of champagne and appetizer. We will present what is going to happen during the evening. The guests are divided into groups and are given a recipe and apron which they can then keep after the end of the evening. The guests are now ready to enter our kitchen and start cooking. If you would like wine, beer and mineral water during cooking we will be at your service.
On site we have a chef and sommelier who will guide you through the evening. All groups go to their stations and start work. In the meantime, we walk around and give small tips so that everyone gets started. All groups prepare their course.
The main course and dessert groups will have their seats at dinner table. They are served wine at the same time as the starter group completes its dish. The starter group serves, presents its dish and how it is cooked. You enjoy the starter and then the main course group enters and completes their dish, etc.…
We offer coffee and digestif after dinner. When you are satisfied with your evening, we are happy! We can promise that there is a lot of laughter and no two cooking evenings are alike… it’s in the kitchen it happens!
