Starter:

Marinated green asparagus served with blue cheese crème, crispy air-dried ham, herb salad, and roasted walnuts

Main course:

Poached cod with sauce nage flavored with white port wine. Served with baked leek and carrot, potato écrasée, and vendace roe

Schnitzel served with potato and spring vegetable salad, herb butter, lemon jus, and pan-fried white asparagus with capers

Dessert:
Berry clafoutis served with punch cream and chocolate crisp
