Asparagus soup with cheese croutons & cured egg yolk

Main course:

Poached cod with nage sauce flavored with white port wine. Served with baked leek and carrot, pressed potatoes & trout roe

Veal Wallenbergare served with potato purée, buttered peas with sautéed onions, browned butter & freshly stirred lingonberries

Dessert:
Pavlova with lemon curd, fresh raspberries & roasted white chocolate
