Starter:

Mushroom consommé with mushroom tartare, served with blue cheese cream, puff pastry crouton & pear.

Main course:

Seared salmon fillet with gremolata, served with crushed potatoes, tomato-based fish and shellfish broth, fennel & cheese croutons

Schnitzel “saltimbocca” served with Marsala wine jus, potatoes and celery salad, as well as herb butter & lemon

Dessert:
Paris-Brest filled with white chocolate cream, cocoa glaze & raspberries
