Ashed and smoked breast of duck with ginger crème, potato crisp, pickled chili and lemon confit

Main course:
Wine poached fillet of hadock with herb butter sauce, fennel salad and truffle potato

Venison burger with Whiskey cream sauce, lingon berries, salted cucumber and potato puree

Dessert:
Chocolate eclair with raspberry compote and roasted white chocolate
