Starter:

Salt-baked baby beets marinated in citrus honey, served with goat cheese cream, charred onion, rye bread croutons, and herb salad

Main course:

Wallenbergare of the sea (a seafood patty) served with a herb-infused white wine sauce, potato purée, glazed beans, and lemon

Chicken trio served on a caramelized onion cream with roasted carrots and fresh white cabbage, accompanied by roasted potatoes and a Madeira jus flavored with summer truffle

Dessert:
Milk chocolate mousse with rhubarb compote and nut crumble
